    I’m 61 years old and had been very active in my life, but turning 61 and inactive due to COVID really affected me both mentally and physically, so much so that I had no strength, out of breath after the slightest activity. It really scared me so, I started training with Zoe Burns. We’ve been working together for 4-5 months and what a difference! She’s extremely knowledgeable, her background makes her very competent (especially with my physical issues) when dealing with an older client , always shows up cheerful and positive and she is an absolute joy to work with.
